13 years ago, we were among the first French publishers to offer an online questionnaire tool.
After a hundred or so projects, a complete overhaul of our software platform, and a few sleepless nights, we now offer a brand new SaaS customer satisfaction management solution: Feedback.
Feedback's ambition is to give both management and operational staff access to the information they need. In addition to centralizing customer feedback from all media, our ambition is to enable its analysis and understanding via an easy-to-use platform. Putting the user experience back at the heart of our priorities, so that data can be rapidly exploited and transformed into strategic and operational levers for action.
We're proud of our feedback management platform, which has already proved its worth with over 70 key accounts and 15,000 users. We offer solutions for all companies, small, large and networked, whether they are mature in the field of feedback management or just starting out.
We're not stopping there, we have many more new features planned for this year!
